I began my career in dental in 2001 and continued to assume roles of increasing responsibility, including Office Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Operations and Director of Operations focused on new office growth. In June 2020 was promoted to Vice President of Operations for the Sky Dental AZ dental organization and now to Chief Operating Officer reporting directly to the president and executive team. Throughout my career I have always been focused on increasing profitability and revenue of the practices under my care by constantly assessing and implementing new processes, new technologies and developing employees all while creating a fun and exciting workplace environment. Consistently assigned the markets with the most upside and tasked with turning around quickly and efficiently. I am an experienced leader with a reputation for meeting challenging goals and objectives all while creating a positive and motivating environment. Over a two decade multi unit healthcare career ran clinics all across the southwestern United States including Nevada, Arizona, Texas and California. A leader who creates winning teams that unite to solve problems, overcomes obstacles and follows through to ensure success. Creates and implements new initiatives with a focus on improvement of existing technology, process and procedures that are focused on decreasing inefficiencies.
