Experienced Senior with a demonstrated history of working in the oil refining and chemical industry. Including coal fired/natural gas fired power plants, hydroelectric plants and water/wastewater treatment. Skilled in vibration analysis, reciprocating compressor analysis, IR thermography, ultrasound and fixed equipment inspection, Microsoft word and Excel, SAP. Primary duties to provide asset unit tech support for rotating equipment such as pumps, blowers, fans, motors, and centrifugal/reciprocating compressors. I work with Operations to troubleshoot, eliminate defects/bad actors, improve reliability and MTBF. Conduct RCFA\'s, provide technical support for refinery mechanics and machinist as needed. Working with and mentoring others is a rewarding experience to see people grow over time.I maintain the vibration analysis data base program for the refinery, collecting and analyzing vibration data for the entire refinery. I provide written reports concerning equipment deficiencies with recommendations to update the rotating equipment Mechanical Engineers and other asset Machinery Specialist with current conditions in their areas.I provide unit support by collecting Windrock data (pressures, temps, ultrasound, vibration) on reciprocating compressors and analyze and report out current operating condition, make recommendation and provide work scopes for needed repairs to Operations and Management. I monitor and report deficiencies and make recommendations in our oil analysis and oil mist inspections conducted by third party vendors to Engineering and the various asset Machinery Specialist. I am ISO Cat-II Vibration Analyst certified.I am a certified Level I Infrared Thermographer and Ultrasound Level I technologistAnd have completed advanced level training for Windrock reciprocating compressor analysisI maintain certifications as an API-510 Unfired Pressure Vessel Inspector, API-570 Piping Systems Inspector and API-653 Above Ground Storage Tank Inspector.
