In this role, I’m focused on making it easier for our people to work with the right suppliers - through clear processes, smart systems, and a consistent experience.I’ve built my procurement career - spanning delivery and leadership roles in defence engineering, retail, and consulting - around creating approachable sourcing that delivers real value. The time is right for us to not just deliver excellence but to bring clarity, confidence, and impact to how procurement supports every part of Arcadis.I will oversee the effective delivery of the Global Procurement function including process excellence, systems improvement, career planning and L&D as well as performance measurement and of course making sure our compliance is helping not hindering.Happy stakeholders, happy clients, happy suppliers and happy path design.
