Integrated 2 separate NextGen enterprise systems, resulting in an monthly reduction in vendor costs from interface and cloud provider fees, as well as increased productivity labor. Deployed and configured 16 new PACS imaging stations across 27 clinic sites, improving diagnostic capabilities. Orchestrated the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) transition for a corporate divestiture, involving the migration of 5 terabytes of EMR data encompassing over 15 years of member records. This project was successfully executed.
