   Troubleshoot, diagnose and root cause of system failures and isolate the components/failure scenarios while working with internal & external partners. • Develop understanding of AI workload traffic and incorporate as part of NPI. • Leverage production experience to drive external and internal teams to continuously improve product quality. • Support new AI platform introduction into Meta fleet by driving scale up (e.g. NVlink, XGMI) and scale out (e.g. NICs) interface integration. • Work with bleeding edge hardware to develop problem signals recognition. • Develop tools using commons platforms like bash, python, Ansible and chef that is utilized by the entire fleet to diagnose systems. • Work with cross functional partners to streamline the repair process. • Escalate trouble signals to the correct groups to drive efficiency in repairs. • Lead a team of highly skilled engineers to maintain AI hardware in mass production. • Document best practices and troubleshooting techniques in a central Knowledge Management • Drive decisions from an individual contributors lens at the fleet level • Utilize data and metrics to drive company decisions. • Define a good working culture and support said culture
