Steve currently and has been deeply involved in the cannabis industry. Steve\'s focus is to follow the latest market trends and technological innovations. In the spring of 2018 he obtained his realtors license which has given him the ability to conduct residential and zoned special use transactions used for cannabis. Steve takes great pride in helping people find what they\'re looking for in cannabis real estate. Steve also has been involved with environmental remediation, removal and testing (20 plus years). In regards to plant genetics, cannabis has always been a fascinating plant for him. Over the years Steve has developed a deep understanding of the plants life cycle and its ability to develop into many unique chemovar profiles/expressions. Cultivating numerous strain/cultivars has allowed him to breed unique plants which have both a commercial and artisan/craft appeal. In 2019 Steve worked for the first large scale cannabis cultivator in Michigan and then assisted/worked/consulted several other large scale operators. As a very seasoned and passionate cultivator Steve has developed a vast knowledge of cannabis and its genetic expressions. Steve has worked with multiple commercial cultivars/strains, various artesian/craft cultivars/strains, various mutations and rare and unusual landraces. Some of the genetics in his library were developed within his R&D over many years. Steve grew his first cannabis plant in 1990 and since then has developed a deep profound respect for it. Steve has worked in various indoor and outdoor environments with cannabis. His understanding of the principles of tissue culture has helped him clean multiple cultivars and restore these genetics back to their original vigor. Steve has a deep understanding of multiple lighting options and the science which is associated with spectrum interactions via photosynthesis. Steve has an excellent understanding of plant management including the ability to pin point any undesirable plant pest or pathogen. He can also alleviate or remove plant stress quickly and effectively through various remedies. Steve is well versed in integrated pest management (IPM). He is well versed in soil microbiology/rhizosphere; Experience with hydroponic coco coir cultivation along with the use of aquaponics. Steve can develop and work within reasonable timelines for veg and flowering (work flow schedule). He can work with operators to develop an efficient custom cultivation program for success (SOP).
