At Google, led operational development of Google’s satellite communications strategy, acquired an optical satellite company for $500M, and led all operational integration analyses. At Catalyst Health Solutions, spearheaded merger activities between Catalyst and SXC, identifying synergies, computing valuation projections, negotiating terms, and leading post-merger integration activities. At Sirius XM, managed multiple aspects of the XM and Sirius merger including valuation/deal-price analyses, due diligence, and responses to regulatory inquiries.
