Steven Farr is a Chief Learning Officer at Teach For All, a global network of independent organizations working to develop collective leadership to ensure all children have the opportunity to fulfill their potential. His work focuses on learning from transformational classrooms in oppressed and marginalized communities around the world. The emerging patterns from those collective studies are captured in a model called Teaching As Collective Leadership.Steven is also helping to launch the Global Institute for Shaping a Better Future, a learning community for people across and beyond education who are committed to interrogating inherited paradigms of education and shifting toward classrooms, schools and systems that develop students\' mastery, agency, awareness, connectedness and wellbeing so they can shape a better future for themselves, their communities and our world.
