Graduated from Staffordshire University with a 2:1 Honours degree in Valuation Surveying achieving the Louis Taylor Prize for the highest mark at Level 1 and the Estates Gazette Prize for overall performance at Level 3. Over twenty years\' experience in the commercial property sector primarily dealing with agency and professional work (including rent reviews and lease renewals), and an RICS Registered Valuer. Elected a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2008.
