   At OmTerra, I offer a trauma-informed approach to psychedelic therapy grounded in somatic healing, nervous system science, and compassionate presence. I specialize in low-dose ketamine- and cannabis-assisted therapy, using Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Therapy (PSIT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients access and integrate deep trauma stored in the body.I founded OmTerra to support people navigating complex trauma, chronic dysregulation, and the somatic aftermath of early wounding. As a licensed psilocybin facilitator in Oregon, I also work with clients preparing for or integrating psilocybin journeys, emphasizing titration, safety, and post-journey support.My work is rooted in the 3D Healing™ model, which reframes “mental illness” as adaptations to trauma along three dimensions: • Dissociation from overwhelming experience • Dysregulation of the nervous system • Disconnection from self, others, and spiritI also developed the Psychedelic Iatrogenic Structural Dissociation (PISD) framework, which helps clinicians understand how psychedelics may dissolve dissociative defenses too quickly in trauma-exposed individuals leading to destabilization. OmTerra offers stabilizing care for those navigating post-psychedelic unraveling or seeking safe reentry into healing.With over 40 years of experience at the intersection of somatics, trauma resolution, spiritual inquiry, and therapeutic psychedelics, I guide clients toward reconnection with body, soul, and purpose.
