   Ensure high availability of the L3-Harris P25 Phase 2 800 MHz radio system for county government, law enforcement, fire services, EMS, and other external governmental agencies. Provide consent to Part 90 Public land mobile radio signal booster operators to retransmit signals on county licensed 800 MHz RF channels. Prepare budget for and plan special projects and infrastructure upgrades as needed including issues resolution. Maintain effective working relationships with public, county staff, system users, external agencies, vendors, consultants and suppliers. Represent the division and radio system to County divisions, relevant external agencies and other private technology groups.
