I am very experienced in support and deployment of IT solutions, with the ability to quickly understand and diagnose problems in complex IT environments. I have participated in the deployment of everything from single-server solutions right through to nationwide network and server infrastructure projects and am familiar with Windows and Linux server platforms and ESX and Hyper-V Virtualization, including the use of VMware vCenter, vSphere and Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM).I have also configured, installed and managed virtual machines in Amazon cloud (Amazon Web Services - AWS/EC2), Microsoft Azure and Citrix CloudStack, amongst others.
