I am best known for evaluating operations quickly and using my developed competence in real estate to stream-line operations, which often leads to reduced operating costs and tenant/landlord satisfaction with the end result always to improve NOI. I am adamant that everything (including people) that is entrusted to me is always returned or developed in a better state then when I found it as your reputation always precedes you. I am absolutely fascinated by real estate, and enjoy being that person that looks critically at all operational elements of a Client\'s/Owner asset. I have discovered opportunities exist in numerous areas of the value creation process! In retail real estate, here are just a few- Tenant/Landlord relationships. If managed well leads to more renewals. Especially, when management teams up with leasing- Recognizing that renewals/amendments are opportunities to redefine deal points (options, terminations, co-tenancy clauses, sales, etc.)- Increasing ancillary income. This could be pad rental (trash), pylon rentals, reader boards, temp leases (i.e. Spirit Halloween, Popups)- Value engineering expenses so service matches property needs.
