I have over 25 years experience within the Builders Merchant Industry working my way up from my first Job as yard colleague to my current position as Branch Manager. Iv\'e held several positions within the industry from driver, sales counter, yard colleague and ABM which allow me to see the problems and challenges from all points of view. This makes me a well rounded Manager.I love nothing more than customer engagement and spending time listening to customers needs and wants to be able to offer them best solutions. The last couple of years has seen me shift towards external sales as a Business development manager and external sales executive which have added a greater insight into the industry for me. Previous to my current Employer I was a trained chef and worked in several hotels, restaurants (and greasy spoons) as well as cooking for the Queen on one occasion. I am also a qualified Rugby Coach and have several other achievements to my name.I have many skills and attributes to bring to a new role.
