Proven Manager of engineers that design, build and install automation to bring new products to market- Multiple US and China patents and patent awards for products and automation- Entrepreneurial attitude that drives me to pay attention to the details of projects to ensure their success in both function and business purpose. I own my work- Team player: There is no room for \"its not my job.\" Work closely with all departments including research, marketing and supply chain management, to develop new products, source sub components and processes to ensure sustainable manufacturability.
