Senior member of the Operational Execution Leadership team, business partnering the Director of Logistics Operations for the South in leading and driving safety, service and cost performance in warehouse and transport operations across 7 substantial multi-temperature sites across the region, a mix of in-house and 3PL operations with a multi million pound regional budget. Delivering over 12M cases a week to our stores within the region, with a fleet of over 450 Tractor Unit\'s, 950 Trailers and 300 Rigid vehicle\'s outside of peak. Leading, coaching and supporting site senior teams to deliver outstanding performance, co-chairing weekly and periodic site commercial reviews against budget and latest view cost performance, key service KPI\'s and safety and compliance targets across both warehouse and transport operations. Leading network transport productivity and efficiencies, driving and accelerating the operational execution of multiple change projects to realise significant strategic save to invest business targets. Creating a values driven, inclusive culture where all colleagues can be themselves and fulfil their potential. Deputising for the Director of Logistics Operations in their absence.
