As a Supervisor of Corporate Learning, I get to see just how vital learning can be to the success of a positive employee experience from new hire through becoming a professional. My team oversees holistic training for our growing department through support, strategy, development and coaching. As a leader, my team\'s development is by far the thing that fills my cup. As a trainer, being in the classroom and teaching adult learners that it\'s okay to fail, to ask questions, to be a learner first is so rewarding. Throughout my career, I have always focused on what I can do as a leader to be a servant, to pour into the people around me, and to find solutions that benefit the big picture as well as the everyday hustle. My primary goal will always be to develop those around me and to serve the company I work for to see it not only flourish but find solutions in a strategic way.
