ABOUT STEVEN BROWN

I am a BIM Manager with a proven track record in the construction industry. I am skilled in using Revizto, Lumion, Navisworks, AutoCAD, HVAC, Plumbing, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), and Revit. I spent 6 years working with a highly respected plumbing designer and ASPE, studying the design of plumbing systems. My current focus is on bringing 3D model coordination to the field to assist project managers and engineers in improving the quality of designs through the coordination process. I am also managing models and documents from design teams and subcontractors, and I am working on implementing an \"end-of-job close-out\" of VDC services. This involves alterations to shop drawings in the field and updating the model/documents. Once the documentation is complete, I will focus on including warranty information in the model/documents.
