Currently leading all ticket management responsibilities for this US-based Defence contractor company providing integrated products, services and support to military forces, intelligence agencies, and prime contractors worldwide• Involve in training team members, development and implementation, and providing IT support for systems across the organization• Provide complete IT solutions support for the Melbourne, FL office and the off-site users• Deploy team members on queued tickets and ensure resolution of the same within agreed • Nominated as SPOC, currently providing support to a local satellite office encompassing move-in move-out, onsite support, work management, ticket queue management, assigning tickets, etc.• Judiciously implement approved IT changes/requests; Support training users in new software/hardware• Create user & group accounts, update patches, create shared folders and give permissions on process-related files & folders/admin privileges to users & computers• Closely monitor complete maintenance activities of the company’s software & hardware along with troubleshooting workstations, analyzing systems & processes, networking operating system, installing switches, routers, etc.
