Starting in the training group, I quickly became the go-to person for filling gaps across departments—gaining hands-on experience in safety, IT, operations, and HR. That broad foundation led to the opportunity to launch a U.S. operation, where I leveraged technology to scale growth. That experience confirmed my passion for innovation and set the course for my future career path.Outside of work, you’ll often find me on a road bike or a golf course. I believe in working hard and relaxing just as hard.
