ABOUT STEVEN BLOWS

I have chosen the world of Offsite LGSF mamagement as my specialism within the industry, although I have worked in the Traditional Housing Sector as well as the General Construction sector. I have worked on Timber Frame Projects, Concrete Frame Projects as well as Traditional Build Projects. I have contract/project managed works on some of the most prestigious MMC Offsite sites that the UK has to offer, Olympic Village, Heathrow, Gatwick, Private and Social Housing Schemes, Student Accommodation projects (over rooms to date) along with B2R schemes. In the sector of MMC Modular / LGSF I have contract/project managed some of the largest site in the UK. I have managed complex LGSF system buildings too 11 storeys and will undoubtedly do more and taller builds as the technology advances. I am results driven, not scared to think out side the box. Good planning leads to good results. My main objectives are to achieve excellent client satisfaction, Excellent Health and Safety record for my staff and myself, cost control, develop best practices, promote high quality finishes and most of all enjoy the work and its challenges etc. Plus learning to enjoy time off to enable quality work / life balance. I enjoy the industry and I am interested with new Building Technics and Processes.
