   Independently creates, designs, develops, negotiates, executes and monitors contracts for direct client service delivery programs for individuals impacted by the criminal justice system. Services are provided by community-based organizations, contract service providers and/or County staff in a wide variety of service areas. Works with officers, other Departments to broker services that address specific criminogenic needs of clients-Independently monitors and audits assigned programs, ensures compliance with contract provisions and funding source regulations, recommends, and implements procedural and operational changes to maximize service delivery and revenue reimbursement. Responsible for supervision of program data collection and reporting, development and implementation of contracted service provider on-boarding and client engagement processes-Administration of all transitional housing contracts for Alameda County Probation Department. Consisting of eight contracts with seven different contractors and nine programs. Monitors and approves all contractor invoices, contract management, staffing management, and contractual compliance-Manages initiatives related to improving outcomes for adults and juveniles on probation in Alameda County.
