I am a highly experienced (17 years + PQE) national award winning planning and highways senior solicitor with higher rights (solicitor advocate)(having acted for county councils, districts councils, broads authority and others throughout the country). My experience covers all aspects of planning, enforcement, CPO, judicial reviews, injunctions, highways, flood and water management. I have given extensive training to clients, members and the RTPI. I have written articles for Local Government Lawyer especially around the area of deception. I have 15 years PQE as a solicitor in planning and highways.
