My current position was created to build a client centric approach to delivering best in class service to our clients and drive continuous process improvements. My role helps to accomplish business objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. To kick this off I designed and built QA methodology to integrate with the existing Internal Audit strategy for the UK business. Focus on Risk & Controls for SOx and ISAE 3402 accreditation whilst reviewing and agreeing internal and client SLAs.Deliverables:Build and maintain a suitable QA strategy to meet business and client requirements.Risk Assessment/Risk Register Operational Incident Management (near miss/root cause analysis)SOx - TOE, internal testing, external auditor engagement ISAE3402 - Health check effectiveness and maintain accreditation whilst testing controlsSite audits - UK site multiple scope audits based on risks associated with site activitiesKey system/process audits - based on risk and change control management Training Internal AuditorsPromoting good QA and continual improvementsEngagement with clients Risk/CRM/AuditorsProducing MI for Senior Management reviewReviewing and producing audit findings/reports for business stakeholders/senior management.
