I regard myself as a highly motivated and conscientious individual, with good interpersonal skills. I enjoy a challenge and cope well under pressure and pride myself on never giving up until the job is satisfactorily completed within given deadlines. Previous experience - Testing and balancing of all ventilation / heating / chilled & Dhws systems also building integrity testing. Projects run by myself include, Hospitals / Schools / Hotels / Clean rooms / Operating Theatres (inc Pressure regimes)/ Stadiums and most other forms of buildings. Also the commissioning of HVAC systems in the Oil / Gas and Nuclear industry. Pre-commissioning studies on systems to help avoid delay and cost, once project is in the later stages. Final function testing of all services and cause and effect testing/verification. Also the commissioning of all offshore facilities. This includes the final handing over of systems to the client and training were required. Although HVAC is my main trade I enjoy working with and assisting all trades in order to complete the project on time.
