   Responsible for the leadership, visioning, and management of the Forest History Society, the foremost library and archives in forest and conservation history. Oversee programs in Library & Archives; Research & Publications; and Education & Outreach. Raise funds from outside sources through partnerships and grants and contracts. Develop office and personnel policies; conduct searches and appoint staff; facilitate a regular strategic planning process; and prepare annual budgets. Assure the security and serviceability of all Society assets. Report to and serve as Secretary of the Board of Directors. Adjunct Professor of Forestry at Duke University Nicholas School of the Environment. Certified Forester. Certified Association Executive.
