As Senior Director of Development at Oxford Nanopore, I lead multidisciplinary teams focused on the chemistry and product development that underpins our devices: MinION, GridION, PromethION, and ElysION. I specialise in transforming scientific breakthroughs into reliable, scalable technology-used anywhere from mobile field labs via the MinION to high-throughput facilities powered by PromethION. A core part of my role involves close collaboration across chemistry, hardware, and automation teams to refine and deliver high-performance.
