Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence.Ensure adherence to customer requirements, industry standards, regulatory codes, and company quality policies.Manage QMS certifications, including API Monogram licenses; coordinate and support audits with API, ISO, DNV, BV, and ABS.Review customer POs, contracts, and technical requirements; lead project kick-off meetings to embed quality from order receipt through delivery.Develop Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and ensure quality requirements are met throughout fabrication, machining, welding, NDE, testing, and final release.Oversee QA/QC operations including incoming, in-process, and final inspection; welding/NDE verification and dimensional checks.File, investigate, and close NCRs; manage nonconforming materials through MRB disposition, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.Lead customer complaint investigations and product/equipment failure analysis; implement effective CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor supplier performance through audits, material reviews, and corrective actions; resolve supplier quality and delivery issues.Conduct internal and supplier audits; support API and ISO audit preparation, responses, and follow-up actions.Define, track, analyze, and report quality KPIs; prepare management review documentation and performance summaries.Maintain calibration systems and coordinate internal and external calibration activities.Review databooks for accuracy and support resolution of documentation issues.Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to develop specifications, SOPs, work instructions, and inspection procedures.Provide technical support for welding, NDE, testing, and manufacturing activities.Lead and support Quality Inspectors; promote quality awareness and compliance across the organization.
