Open store daily, carried keys. Made deposits and filed daily sales and catering paperwork. Baked bagels, muffins, cookies and pastries daily for counter and catering sales. Made all coffee, set up all displays, put cash in drawer, filled bagel wall, everything needed to open store. Managed two counter/register employees. Filled catering orders according to policy & customer needs. Delivered catering and set up in clients offices. Used company software to retrieve and close out catering orders. Received 3 vendor deliveries per week. Rotated stock, communicated first out, did monthly inventory of freezer & dry storage. Did daily prep in advance for next days counter and catering needs. Prepped bagels from raw dough and worked on them every step in process right through taking order at counter, making order on the line, ringing order up at register. Due to things out of my control often worked entire store alone. I learned every step in process of food production, sale, service and delivery and each step in process of safely and productively opening and closing the store.
