I work across the all departments (CEO / CTO, support, sales and marketing) and clients of CJC to ensure our growing product suite is correctly researched, developed, launched and supported. I\'m the ‘CEO’ of our award winning SaaS solution -\'mosaicOA\' an IT analytics solution deployed at a variety of well-known capital markets and manufacturing institutions globally. I work with all team’s developers, engineering and support, sales, marketing and most importantly, clients. I have implemented an Agile framework, chair bi-weekly partner and client meetings to ensure that there is a strong product road-map and seamless release management of product innovations. I work with our various private and public cloud platform providers, such as Microsoft Azure and our data science development teams. I\'m currently working with our data science teams on anomaly detection, using machine learning techniques. 2023 updates: Did a talk on metaverse at FISD Utrecht- Updated all CJC technical marketing propositions - Won significant new clients and renewals
