I run the Studio department at Leith with a team of 7 artworkers and motion designers producing large campaigns across all media formats for print artwork and digital motion. These campaigns involve large retouching, print & press, exhibitions through to animations & motion work for online, social, TV and DOOH. We work closely with the Creative, Production and Account Management teams to keep all informed and of work developments.I attend daily Traffic work flow meetings to plan out the development of new and existing work to keep it running as smoothly as possible for all the deadlines, structuring in freelance cover as when required.I work with the latest Adobe Creative Cloud packages (InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator etc) and Google Web Designer for online banner ad campaigns. Whilst encouraging the team and myself to continue to develop skills and knowledge of the range of software we use across every working day and week. Each job has a new challenge attached, so you got to keep learning!
