ABOUT STEVE MILLEA

I am a Director of Corporate Services, covering all aspects of Facilities Management and the Global Security department. I am a passionate and skilled leader of diverse teams across the UK, Europe and India. I have extensive experience in:• Financial management of large operating and project budgets• Hard and soft services management including datacentre’s• Contract negotiation and management• Setting departmental policy and goals• Health & Safety and regulatory management• BCP and Incident management• Space Management – ensuring the office space is utilised effectively and efficiently and that it meets the requirements of the business• Office relocations and refurbishments• Operational and technical SecurityEnthusiastic, committed and self-motivated, I set departmental goals in line with business strategy and manage implementation to exceed customers’ expectations. Key Achievements:• Generated savings of over $1M on the $24M operating budget for 2014/15• Successfully managed over Sq ft. of office relocation and refurbishment projects including Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Gurgaon, Luxembourg, Madrid, Milan, Noida, Paris, Stockholm and Tunis• Established a new office operation in Tunis, this included identifying office location and recruiting a local team to support the office• Generated savings of over £3M on the 2014 travel management program • Retendered Catering, Cleaning and Archiving contracts generating savings of over £520K per annum• Restructured Corporate Services departments in India and Luxembourg• Restructured the Global Security department• Evacuated 52 staff from Tunis during the Arab spring uprising. Commercial flights were unavailable, contracted 3 private jets to evacuate the Fidelity staff to France and UK
