About Steve Millard
I have worked for more than twenty-five years at the intersection of business growth, community leadership and government policy with business owners and leaders of companies of all sizes to help them achieve their idea of success for their businesses and their communities. Whether it be driving business leadership and engagement with economic development initiatives, facilitating access to resources for growing businesses, or advocating for policy and civic action that supports the growth and success of business, my goal and the goal of my organization is to help business owners and leaders leverage the power of each other to succeed and get rid of the friction that gets in the way of their growth and success.I bring expertise to economic development, employee benefits, business strategy and operations issues as well as often providing support and counsel to business and non profit organization strategy, governance and finance issues. I am a skilled facilitator and have coached individual entrepreneurs, business owner peer groups, and leadership teams to push through the difficult discussions about the challenges and new opportunities they face. And, I\'ve also been know to enjoy a great scotch and a nice cigar every once in a while!
