Steven A. Meckler’s practice focuses primarily on representing corporations with respect to complex business, product liability, construction and real property litigation. He is licensed in North and South Carolina and practices in both the state and federal courts. Steve also has extensive experience in representing clients in a variety of administrative actions with various state agencies.His representative clients include national development corporations, manufacturers, educational institutions, and a wide array of other business ventures.Steve is an active Rotarian and has served on the Governing Board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation for Central and Western North Carolina. Steve also chaired the Mecklenburg County Civil Superior Courts Committee that re-wrote the 26th Judicial District Superior Court Division Civil Rules.
