Developed and implemented project controls and performance systems to support GHD\'s Winning Work and Job Delivery processes. Responsible for client development, strategic proposal creation, management of projects, and quality controls. Active winning and managing technical work in transportation, site development, water resources, and process industries. Active evaluating and pursuing M&A opportunities, recruiting and mentoring key staff, and creating and implementing an integrated Quality System for over staff in North America. In parallel to strategic operations responsibilities, continue to provide technical expertise, project management and leadership for infrastructure and industrial support projects for private and public clients. Expertise in site development, potable water and wastewater systems, industrial facilities, waterways and coastal infrastructure, and buildings and support systems.
