I manage a global group of Managers, Engineers, QA, and Security Researchers responsible for the R&D of cybersecurity products. The research organization is the Application and Threat Intelligence (ATI) Research Center. The ATI research center continuously tracks networking technologies and cyber security advancement, enabling our engineering teams to enhance our products with the latest attacks. Responsible for the Product Security Program at Keysight. The Product Security charter enables all of Keysight\'s product development teams to engineer product security best practices into their development life-cycle, making Keysight products secure for our customers. Head of cybersecurity new product initiatives (NPIs) and responsible for taking each NPI from inception to a scalable business. I\'m driven by challenges to create new products, enhance the current product portfolio, and help Keysight build security best practices into R&D processes; the goal of all of this is to make the cyber world safer for everyone. I often present on cyber security topics at conferences and to Keysight/ISG customers. Spreading awareness is one of the ways I hope to help the industry grow.
