ABOUT STEVE MCCOMISH
I\'m Steve, founder and MD at Motive PR since 2008. Since then I\'ve overseen thousands of digital PR campaigns which have made a lasting impact for clients across many business sectors. We\'ve had some fantastic adventures along the way. From helping launch an e-commerce business from the ground up and seeing it grow to hit £100m in sales (MuscleFood) to one of our campaigns being discussed in Parliament (black pudding as a superfood - again for MuscleFood), and even launching a Hollywood movie career (for an ugly dog). Every campaign we have undertaken has made a positive impact for clients in terms of brand building and organic search rankings. Ultimately we exist to help our clients to grow - and they do. Prior to setting the agency up I worked as a journalist, firstly in regional newspapers and then on a national title, spending six years on the staff at the Daily Mirror, which was a great training for PR. Sadly I often have conversations with people who have had a negative or mediocre experience of working with agencies in the past.
