I am the owner and lead instructor entailing course development and delivery. I design courses with client requirements surrounding a set of core objectives. I manage dynamic course content. With advanced knowledge and skills, I meet changing client interests and field questions easily.I have taught up to 100 nights per year including 7 day advanced courses with clients including explorers, journalists, armed forces, emergency services, search and rescue, outdoor workers, gap year students, youth groups and families. I formed collaborative relationships between emergency services coming together in a joint training exercise. As part of a survival challenge event, I was engaged as the safety officer following the participants ensuring medical and individual welfare. Within the information technology sphere, I have been responsible for ensuring resilient communication and business continuity plans for multiple clients.I write articles for the web and magazines. I am presently completing a book and pocket survival guide. I am regularly commissioned at events for demonstrations and talks.I manage all aspects of this company including marketing, staffing, and financial matters. I perform risk assessments, acquire sites, and am responsible for company insurance and data protection.
