   As an attorney, I educate my clients on how the divorce process works and seek solutions to enable them to move forward with their lives with their finances and sanity intact. I handle and/or participate in the following matters: Mediation, Collaborative Divorce, Cooperative Divorce, Uncontested Divorce, Low Conflict Divorce. When serving as a mediator, I work with parties (and their attorneys if they are represented) to come up with settlement solutions so that expensive and time consuming litigation can be avoided. Most of my cases (whether I am serving as an attorney or as a mediator) are handled with everyone involved headed toward the common goal of arriving at a settlement that everyone can be satisfied with. I am fortunate to have great working relationships with most of the attorneys who practice divorce and family law in the Jacksonville area. The majority of my clients come from referrals from past clients, fellow attorneys, and other professionals. I work with attorneys and parties from different cities in Florida, however, most clients (and participants when I am serving as a mediator) reside in one of the following cities: Jacksonville, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra, Ponte Vedra Beach, Orange Park, St. Johns, or Saint Augustine
