I am a nutrition scientist with extensive training and experience in various scientific laboratories and hospitals, including cell culture, animal trials, human studies, and nutrition/chemical analysis. Additionally, I have over six years of experience in regulatory roles across multiple industries such as aviation (dnata/Emirates), frozen food, pharmaceutical/food packaging, and consumer healthcare, focusing on innovation, lifecycle management, and regulatory intelligence and policy.In my current role as a Regulatory Intelligence Manager in Consumer Health, I oversee regulatory intelligence processes, monitor and prioritize reports, track actions to ensure effective outcomes, and develop training materials. I excel in building strong working relationships with regulatory policy directors, team leads, subject matter experts, and regulatory affairs country leads.I utilize the latest digital tools to enhance collaboration and communication within the organization. I lead the creation of internal newsletters and craft intelligence summaries and articles to disseminate vital information across the entire company. Additionally, I support the development and launch of a new Global Intelligence Platform, which improves efficiency and maximizes the value of shared information. Since November 2024, I have trained hundreds of colleagues globally on the new platform and developed various training materials, including quick guide videos, user manuals, and a new user sign-up form to assist with onboarding.
