In addition, developing sound business practices and cultivating local sources which support the global procurement and supply chain goals.Project management; successful implementation of an ERP system. Including; Migration of data from BaaN 4c to Infor LN 10.6, developed training guides, reduced reliance on “shadow IT” applications and increased adoption of end users. Tied the data to business intelligence (BI). Worked cross function and across two companies. Quality systems improvement. Managed the preparation for recertification to ISO 9001. Trained a team of internal auditors and revised all existing procedures and work flows. Engaged and collaborated with all disciplines. Recertification was completed. Continuous improvement continues with the integration of the quality system with the ERP system. To drive management review opportunities by analyzing data and combining business intelligence (BI) and the teams environment. Collaboration improvements by globalizing data access and problem solving systems have demonstrably improved information sharing and decision making.
