I spent 9 years co-running The Kout Team and serving as both a Buyers Specialist and later as the Listing Specialist on the team. In November, 2007 I became the Team Leader for Keller Williams Realty First Atlanta. The Kout Team is now affiliated with Keller Williams Atlanta North, under the same ownership group as KW First Atlanta, and is now run by my wife Teresa Kout.The Kout Team began when Lee Kout began her real estate career in 1985. When I joined, The Kout Team was affiliated with Re/Max Greater Atlanta. It was my decision to move the team to Keller Williams Realty after being exposed to THE MILLIONAIRE REAL ESTATE AGENT book as a guest at KW Mega Camp in September 2002. The Kout Team was recognized as a \"Top 20\" team by the Atlanta Board of Realtors.
