I am the intellectual property practice group leader for Hill Ward Henderson, P.A. I represent technology clients throughout the entire business lifecycle, regularly consulting on clearing, obtaining, enforcing, and monetizing intellectual property rights. In my practice, I routinely develop and implement strategies for patent landscape analysis, trademark clearance, domestic and international prosecution of patent and trademark portfolios, infringement litigation in federal courts, and IP transactions, which include licensing deals and intellectual property diligence in mergers, acquisitions, and private equity investments. Since joining Hill Ward Henderson, I have managed the international patent prosecution strategies for several rapidly growing technology businesses, ranging from medical device companies to consumer products.
