Working in the architectural industry for over 30+ years has given me broad exposure and experience in the architectural design of retail, grocery, commercial and mixed-use buildings, including sporting venues. I\'ve collaborated at BRR on everything from minor tenant improvement and remodel projects to site adapting large-scale retail and grocery projects across the country ranging from sq ft to sq ft to fit unique sites, working in a variety of jurisdictions.In 2005, I moved to Phoenix to help establish our regional presence in the Southwest in an effort to bring superior client service and responsiveness. In 2007 I was honored to become a BRR Associate having played a key role in working closely with the client, local jurisdictions, construction managers, and general contractors to ensure on-time delivery of stores. Working with our team, I\'ve successfully managed numerous projects thru entitlement, permitting, production, code review, bidding and construction in the Western United States. I\'ve produced construction documents and project specifications, reviewed shop drawings, coordinated RFI’s and construction issues with multiple contractors, and conducted extensive scope and site visits, always working closely with any jurisdiction to satisfy code comments and expedite building permits to meet client delivery dates.
