I am responsible for the day to day operations of our Non for Profit supporting the game of golf in the Miami Valley. I also serve the Dayton District Women\'s Golf Association and Miami Valley Masters. I oversee our 22 Championships, USGA Qualifiers and Member Events. I oversee Handicapping, Tournament Management, Course Rating support and education for our Volunteers and Member Clubs. I also manage our website and all the different event microsites, accounting, planning and budgeting. But perhaps my most important role is that of hiring, training and empowering our staff and volunteers to promote and support our great game.
