Steve has an MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Executive Education and over 15 years corporate experience in a variety of roles in Engineering, Project Management, Marketing Innovation and Learning and Development. He has led real and virtual teams, that were both multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural, and managed a range of projects from multi-million-pound engineering installations to international brand launch projects and organisational culture change projects.His corporate experiences have made him passionate about helping develop leadership capacity in others and his own career history has made him particularly interested supporting people transitioning from a role of Expert Manager into that of a being a great Leader. His personal experiences that have played a role in him recognising the true value of knowing your whole-self and the role your whole-self plays in being authentic as a person and leader.Steve brings this academic excellence, corporate experience and deep self-insight to his coaching and consulting practice in the service of developing leadership capacity in others.
