As the product is a soft-phone tests require automating multiple browsers per scenario to create 2 or 3 endpoints to a conversation. Extensive use of API calls to create users dynamically and set up and teardown test artefacts. Running up to 18 scenarios in parallel dependent on number of test users per scenario. Managing the running of scenarios by test user participation as scenarios cannot be queued once a call to an endpoint is initiated.
