Some recent examples of my work include- Currently assisting a private university, a public college, and two public hospitals in Seattle navigate the multi-year Major Institution Master Plan process that culminates in the Seattle City Council action to approve growth- Represented multiple individual homeowners with property line disputes- Helped an individual developer defend her entitlements to build an 11-unit apartment complex with ground-floor retail in a small eastside city against a judicial challenge- Helped a non-profit developer and operator of affordable housing defend the right to use parking on their property against a judicial challenge from a neighboring property owner
