The Scout & Discovery Innovation team works alongside dedicated business innovation partners to build real working prototypes and give valuable analysis and recommendations on disruptive technology. I have been involved in the following work as part of this team:* Analyzing and demoing various telephony platforms from Twilio to AWS Connect * Evaluating telematics products, such as CMT and IMS, for a potential Motorcycle Insurance product I am currently researching Generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, and how we can leverage it to reduce our expense ratio. A working prototype and demo is scheduled for Q2 2023.
