If you need an event to run smoothly, be extremely well organised with all the logistics meticulously planned out down to the smallest detail and be assured the people at the event will come away having enjoyed themselves and maybe networked or made some business deals, then I am your man. I am a creative thinker with wide experience of both strategic and operational management requirements, with full involvement in the successful delivery of high profile projects. Organised and analytical with a history of developing performance excellence through resource allocation and maximisation within highly pressurised environments, whilst retaining the primary focus on customer service. A results driven leader and manager, providing coaching, training and mentoring to build cohesive and highly motivated teams ensuring the achievement of on-going professional development, individual targets and company objectives. Possessing a proven track record of success managing key relationships and accounts with sponsors and partners to administer events in line with agreed objectives and contractual obligations. But ii is not all work and no play I am a UEFA B qualified football coach and coach the Worthing FC under 18 side and work with Chelsea FC Foundation coaching younger children.
